We are more than just a gaming platform. 789b is a community built on trust, transparency and a passion for delivering the best entertainment experience to Malaysian players, wherever they are.
789b didn't appear out of nowhere. It was built on years of deep understanding of what Malaysian players truly want from their online entertainment experience. We listened. We learned. And we built a platform that reflects the real needs of the local gaming community.
From day one, our position has been clear — this platform was built for Malaysian players, not a global product that was later "adapted" for Malaysia. The difference may seem small on the surface, but the impact is significant. A naturally localised interface, local payment methods like FPX, Touch 'n Go and DuitNow, customer support in Bahasa Melayu, and promotions relevant to local celebrations — none of these are add-ons; they are core to how 789b operates.
Today, 789b has grown into one of Malaysia's most trusted online entertainment platforms, with over 500,000 registered members playing actively every day. But that growth in numbers isn't what we're most proud of — what means more to us is the trust players place in us every time they log in.
789b was founded with a single vision — to deliver a high-quality online entertainment platform genuinely designed for the Malaysian market.
The platform officially launched with 50+ curated games. Within six months, we reached 50,000 registered members — surpassing our initial expectations.
789b introduced a live casino experience with real dealers, bringing the atmosphere of a physical casino directly to players' screens across Malaysia.
The 789b App for Android and iOS launched, letting players enjoy the full experience anywhere using their smartphones.
With over 200 games, 15 licensed providers and 24/7 support, 789b remains a strong and trusted online entertainment destination for Malaysians.
Every decision we make, every feature we build, and every policy we set — all start from these three core values.
To provide a safe, fair and enjoyable online entertainment platform — where every Malaysian player feels valued, protected and satisfied with their experience at 789b.
To be Malaysia's number one most trusted and beloved online entertainment platform — known not just for our games, but for our integrity and commitment to players.
We are committed to always prioritising players' interests in every decision we make — from data security to withdrawal speed and promotion transparency.
Not just a claim — this is a real commitment we prove every day through actions, not just words.
All data and transactions at 789b are protected with 256-bit SSL encryption — the same security technology used by leading banking institutions. Your personal data is never shared with third parties without your consent.
Every game at 789b uses an RNG (Random Number Generator) that has been tested and certified by an independent body. No manipulation, no tricks — you play on a level and fair field.
From the interface language to local payment methods and customer support in Bahasa Melayu — 789b is built with a genuine understanding of the context and real needs of Malaysian users, not merely translated from an overseas platform.
Your winnings are yours. At 789b, withdrawal requests are processed within 30 minutes or less to your bank account or e-wallet. No unnecessary delays, no unreasonable excuses.
The lightweight 789b App (under 30 MB) delivers the full gaming experience on your smartphone — with biometric login, smart notifications and an interface optimised for mobile screens.
789b's trained support team is always ready to assist via live chat. Our average response time is under 2 minutes — because we understand that every issue matters to you.
This isn't just a phrase on an office wall — it's a principle we uphold every day in the decisions we make that affect our players.
Clear promotion terms, stated RTP, and withdrawal policies that don't hide behind fine print.
We never compromise on player data security or game fairness, regardless of the cost involved.
789b is more than just a platform — it's a community of players who support each other and celebrate wins together.
We continually listen to player feedback and improve the platform for a better experience every day.
At 789b, we believe entertainment should always remain entertainment. We are fully aware that online gaming can carry risks for some individuals, and our responsibility does not stop at simply providing a technically secure platform.
We actively provide gaming management tools to all 789b members — including daily and monthly deposit limits, options to set loss limits, and the ability to take a temporary break or fully self-exclude if needed. All these tools are accessible directly from your account without contacting anyone.
We also conduct specialised training for the 789b customer support team to identify players who may need assistance, and to provide them with the right information and support. This goes beyond meeting compliance requirements — it is a genuine reflection of our values as a platform that truly cares about its players.
